7th – 12th grade.
Adventure Golf & Out-to-Eat activity is this Saturday, May 19.
We will leave the church at 5:00 pm and return at approx. 9:00 pm
Cost is $5 for golf, plus whatever you need for food afterward.
A big “thank you” to the Lovin’s for hosting the entire youth group for the April afterglow.
Everyone had a great time, and the food was fantastic !!!
The activity will be held at Tony and Kristi Green’s home. However, transportation from the church will be provided.
We will be leaving the church at 12:30 and will be returning at 3:30.
WHAT TO BRING:
6th grade = pop
7th grade = chips
8th grade = dessert
In case of rain, we will stay at the GBC gym.
Get ready for a fun night of bowling and pizza at Camp Chautauqua.
We will leave the church at 5:45 pm and plan to return around 9:15.
The cost is $10 per person and this covers your bowling, pizza, and drink.

Our ski rally is coming up on Februuary 3-4. For all going please be at the church (GBC) by 5:30pm on Friday, February 3.
We will start the night off right with preaching at Franklin Baptist, followed by some warm chili, and then we will head to Perfect North slopes for skiing and/or tubing. We plan on returning to the church around 2:30-3:00 am Saturday morning.

Thank you to all of the teens who joined us this year on Winter Retreat, and thank you to the parents for allowing your teens to come. We heard a lot of great preaching from our guest speaker, Chad Braley.
Tubing at Perfect North was a blast. Ice skating at Fountain Square was a bit more challenging thanks to the many large “pot holes” in the ice.
Also, a final thanks to all of the LARGE guys who helped our van get out of the parking garage…
To all who weren’t able to go, we missed you, and hope you can make it next year!
We have a limited number of people we can take to Winter Retreat. However, we still have room. So, we are encouraging all 7th grade students to consider going with the Youth Group to Winter Retreat.
We will be leaving, from the church, next Saturday morning, January 14, (7:30 am), and we will be returning on Monday, January 16, by 1:00 pm. We aren’t traveling far this year… just about an hour away.
So sign-up, it’s not too late. Remember, all the forms you need to fill out can be downloaded right here from the GBC Youth Blog; look for the posting that says “Winter Retreat Forms”.
It’s going to be a great time.

SNOW TUBING WAIVER HAS BEEN ADDED!!!
Parents and teens, our Winter Retreat is just around the corner. We will be traveling to Indiana, and we are planning for good preaching and many fun activities.
This event will be for those in 8th-12th grade. The cost will be $125 each, and will require a $25 non-refundable deposit; due in December.
Please find attached the forms that you will need to complete for each student going.
We hope you can all come… it is going to be a GREAT time!

If you plan to attend, please download and then fill out the appropriate forms. Everyone will need at least the General Waiver Form and the Lock-InReg Form.

This year’s YMCA overnighter will be November 18-19. We will leave the church at 7:30 pm on Friday the 18th, and we will return around 7:15 am on Saturday morning, November 19th. The cost is $20.
The YMCA requires that certain forms be filled out to participate. THIS IS MANDITORY. Please find the required forms on the GBC Youth Facebook page. Please fill them out and return them to one of the Youth Workers; prior to November 17. We will also have hard copy forms available in the youth room this Sunday.
